Processing time 

The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies depending on the item. Custom orders may take longer due to the time required to create the artwork.

I am not responsible for delays that may occur after posting an item as I have no control over how they handle items once I have handed them over.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns and Exchanges

I accept returns under the following conditions...

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery 

The following items can NOT be returned/exchanged:

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalised orders
• Perishable products (like food or flowers)
• Digital downloads
• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Return Costs

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
